Confirming what we already knew, Giants running back Rashad Jennings will operate as the worse horse in a revamped New York offense. David Wilson is still not back and Peyton Hillis isn’t scaring anyone.
- It looks like Titans quarterback Jake Locker will be molded after other Ken Whisenhunt projects like Ben Roethlisberger and Kurt Warner and be asked to stay in the pocket. Locker has wheels but not the arm so it’s an interesting route to go.
- After missing out on the entire 2013 season, Giants safety Stevie Brown says he is healed and ready to go. Brown had a productive 2012 before tearing his ACL and could be a reliable DB2 in dynasty leagues, only turning 27 this year.
- Titans tight end Delanie Walker expects a big season this year. He finished in the top 12 of tight ends last year and is being extremely undervalued.
Not a lot of love for the Giants backfield this year, huh? Don’t think Jennings has enough to be “the guy?” If Wilson is healthy he can be a solid supplement.
Actually I love Jennings. Everything else is a crap shoot. The lack of competition bodes well for Jennings for at least a year or two.
