- Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III had an off night passing, going 19/39 for 246 yards and a pick but still added 77 yards on the ground. There will be better games but rushing is always going to be an RG3 advantage.
- Redskins receiver Pierre Garçon had an incredible 15 targets. He only managed six catches for 69 yards but Garçon will continue to contribute even though he’s in a run-first offense.
- Cowboys rookie running back Joseph Randle ran for 17 yards on 11 carries after replacing DeMarco Murray. Randle is Murray’s primary backup but still doesn’t look like he’s able to carry the load. The Cowboys can, and should, do better either in the draft or free agency to upgrade the position. Don’t waste your time on Randle.
- Cowboys safety Barry Church continues his solid season with nine more tackles and a pass defended. He had 47 tackles on the season which would put him well over 100. He’s also averaging almost a pass defended per game. After sitting out most of last year, Church should be a solid dynasty fantasy leaguer in the Dallas offense.
