Hump day update:
- The Rams re-signed linebacker Jo-Lonn Dunbar yesterday and is expected to start immediately. Dunbar had a decent year last year with 114 tackles, 4.5 sacks, and four passes defended. At 28, Dunbar isn’t a bad option as a LB3 or LB4.
- Houston still plans to give running back Ben Tate 12-15 carries this Sunday, keeping hope alive that he’ll still share some of the running duties. Tate’s appeal is more in what he’ll do next year for dynasty owners as he’s expected to land a starting job somewhere.
- Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon is set to return to the field after a four game suspension. With all signs pointing to Jacksonville taking a quarterback in next year’s draft, Blackmon’s stock is probably at its lowest point now that it ever will be again. See what it takes to get him in your dynasty leagues and pray Jacksonville does the right thing.
- Patriots receiver Danny Amendola is set to return from injury which means Julian Edelman’s role as a target machine will probably decrease. A free agent after this year, Edelman has probably peaked in dynasty fantasy value (unless Amendola gets hurt again which is entirely possible).
Have a good Wednesday everyone!
