Updated Dynasty Quarterback Rankings – September 2015

Complete updated dynasty quarterback rankings found here.

  • We have a new entrant into the top five with Matt Ryan bringing up the rear after Andrew Luck, Aaron Rodgers, Cam Newton, and Russell Wilson.
  • Had several starters named this pre-season which contributed to risers in dynasty rankings including Sam Bradford to 18th fro 24th; Brian Hoyer to 36th from 42nd; Tyrod Taylor to 38th after being unranked and Kirk Cousins to 41st from 45th.
  • Rookies Jameis Winston moves up one to 15th from 16th while Marcus Mariota is steady at 17th; Garrett Grayson drops a little from 34th to 37th while Bryce Petty does the same from 39th to 42nd.

Updated Dynasty Quarterback Rankings – August 2015

Complete updated dynasty quarterback rankings can be found here.

  • Top five remains the same: Andrew Luck, Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, Cam Newton, and Matthew Stafford. Quarterback continues to be the most consistent position in dynasty which means a top option is not as easy to acquire. Hold on for dear life if you have one.
  • Biggest risers this month both come from the NFC East with Eli Manning to 18th from 21st; Robert Griffin to 23rd from 26th.
  • Biggest drop is (ex?) Bills quarterback Matt Cassel from 37th to 43rd. No Bills quarterback is a good option. None.

Updated dynasty quarterback rankings can be found here.

  • Top five remains in the same order: Andrew Luck, Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, Cam Newton, and Matt Stafford.
  • Noticeable drop in Nick Foles from 20th to 23rd. Perhaps the lack of receiver talent contributed and uncertainty of his situation beyond this year.
  • Rookies include Jameis Winston at 16; Marcus Mariota at 17; Garrett Grayson at 35; and Bryce Petty at 38.

  • Top five remains the same but slightly different order. Aaron Rodgers, Andrew Luck, and Cam Newton make up the top three. Drew Brees does drop a bit to five because of age and losing a few reliable weapons.
  • The only other noticeable drop was Tampa quarterback Mike Glennon thanks to the Josh McCown signing. It really doesn’t say a lot when you bring in a better quarterback for the second season of a young quarterback.

  • The top five remains unchanged with Aaron Rodgers, Andrew Luck, Drew Brees, Cam Newton, and Matt Stafford.
  • Biggest drop was Matt Ryan but that’s more to do with the rise of Peyton Manning, Colin Kaepernick, and Nick Foles. The Falcons will be a hot pick for bounce back team of the year.
  • The biggest riser was Ryan Mallett of the Patriots. Tom Brady is a year older and Mallett is still there. It only figures that he’s the quarterback of the future.
