- Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson was his usual, efficient self going 13 of 18 for 220 yards and two touchdowns. Wilson will never blow you away with his stats but he’s extremely consistent and is on a good, young team. That is a recipe for long-term success in dynasty.
- Seattle running back Robert Turbin has been a steady stream of more work lately, getting seven carries for 17 yards. However, he’s averaging only 3.6YPC and isn’t doing anything to hold off promising rookie Christine Michael.
- Seattle linebacker Bobby Wagner continues to fill up the stat sheet, recording nine tackles, a sack and two passes defended along with an interception. Wagner is the biggest beneficiary of Seattle’s extremely talented defense. Hold on to him like grim death.

Dynasty Recap – Week 10 – Seahawks dominate Falcons, 33-10
- Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson had a very efficient day going 19 of 26 for 287 yards and two touchdowns. He also had a 11 YPA. Wilson added 20 yards rushing. Wilson will never be flashy but he is young and in a good situation for dynasty leagues.
- Meanwhile, Atlanta quarterback Matt Ryan went 23 of 36 for 172 yards for a 4.8 YPA. This season is shot for Ryan but it makes him a good buy-low candidate.
- Seattle rookie running back Christine Michael had 33 yards on eight carries. It’s the second game this season he’s had a 4.0 YPC out of the three he’s played. He’s showing competency in the Seattle offense and should be a bigger part of it next year.
- Falcons linebacker Paul Worrilow had 19 tackles (again). The undrafted free agent replaced Stephen Nicholas as a starter on the Falcons defense where he should continue to rack up tackles.
Dynasty Recap – Week 6 – Seahawks outlast Titans, 20-13
- Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson had an ok fantasy day, going 23/31 for 257 yards and over 8.0 YPA. He also had 61 yards on the ground but failed to score. Wilson will be a fine QB2 for many years to come.
- Titans receiver Kendall Wright had the most targets of any Tennessee receiver with eight and had five catches for 69 yards. Wright is making the most of his weak supporting cast and is a great buy-low candidate.
- Seattle running back Christine Michael had no carries (again) but don’t be deterred in his future talent. For dynasty leaguers, Michael is the ultimate taxi squad candidate.
- Meanwhile, Tennessee running back Chris Johnson had 33 yards on 12 carries for an abysmal 2.8 YPC. Salvage whatever value Johnson has left and get rid of him now.
