- Saints running back Mark Ingram appears to have turned a corner, racking up his second solid performance this year. This week, he racked up 83 yards rushing and a touchdown to go along with three catches and 21 yards. If he stays in New Orleans, he’ll be a high upside RB3.
- The Browns continued to use a committee at running back in the wake of Ben Tate’s injury. Isaiah Crowell appears to be the better bet, averaging more about five yards a carry with 54 yards on 11 carries. Long-term, we’d bet he’s the one own.
- Without Jordan Cameron or Josh Gordon, Andrew Hawkins led the way for Cleveland with six catches for 70 yards. We still like Hawkins to be a contributor in Cleveland as a possible WR4/5 in PPR leagues.
- Browns linebacker Karlos Dansby picked up where he left off last season with 12 tackles and a sack. Despite being 32 already, he’s a solid LB2 in dynasty formats.

Dynasty Recap – Week 2 – Bengals beat up Falcons, 24-10
- Bengals running back Gio Bernard went off for 169 total yards and a touchdown. He’s a legit top five dynasty option going forward.
- Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan came back down to earth with 231 yards, one touchdown but three interceptions. It further proves that Ryan is effective against sub-par defenses but can’t overcome a good one. Personally, he’s barely in the QB1 conversation for dynasty.
- Meanwhile, Falcons receiver Julio Jones has seven catches for 88 yards and a touchdown. Not the best day but still a solid outing despite a poor team offensive performance.
- On the IDP side, Falcons linebacker Paul Worrilow continues to rack up the tackles with 14. In tackle-heavy leagues, Worrilow is a LB1.
Dynasty Recap – Week 2 – Panthers pound Lions, 24-7
- Despite being sacked five times, Cam Newton continues to show why he’s a top five dynasty quarterback with 281 yards passing and a touchdown. When healthy, he’s a stud.
- Most of his passes were caught by Mr. Reliable Greg Olsen. He racked up six catches for 72 yards off eight targets. He continues to be a low-end TE1 in dynasty based on opportunity.
- Meanwhile, Lions running back Joique Bell continues to be the running back to own in Detroit, leading the team with 10 carries for 36 yards plus six catches for 61 yards. However, he’ll never be higher than a RB2 in dynasty so temper your expectations.
- On the IDP side, linebacker Stephen Tulloch had a big day with 10 tackles and a sack. The 29-year old Tulloch continues to be underrated and is a solid LB2 in dynasty.
Dynasty Recap – Week 2 – Ravens demolish Steelers, 26-6
- The Ravens running back situation may be clearing up with Bernard Pierce leading the way with 96 yards on 22 carries. If he can string more of those types of performances together, he’ll be the running back to own in dynasty.
- On the other side of the field, Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell looks like a beast. He had 59 yards rushing along with five catches for 48 yards. He’s a legit RB1 in dynasty going forward.
- Steelers receiver Antonio Brown continues to be a low-end WR1 in dynasty. He racked up seven catches for 90 yards on 12 targets. Even with the Steelers lose, he’s a winner.
- On the IDP side, linebacker Lawrence Timmons won’t go quietly as he racked up 12 tackles. He still plays three downs so he’s still a decent LB2/3 option.
Dynasty Recap – Week 1 – 49ers dispatch Cowboys, 28-10
- 49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick had a good day with 200 yards passing and two touchdowns. He didn’t need to do much as the 49ers dominated early.
- Cowboys running back Demarco Murray rumbled for 118 yards and a touchdown and sprinkled in three catches for 25 yards. Murray continues to be a low-end RB1 in dynasty formats.
- The receiver that won’t quit, Anquan Boldin, had another good day with eight catches for 99 yards. He’s still a top target in the 49er offense.
Dynasty Recap – Week 1 – Panthers escape Bucs, 20-14
- Panthers rookie receiver Kelvin Benjamin had a nice debut with six catches for 92 yards and a touchdown. He looks like he’s a keeper and should start shooting up dynasty rankings.
- Panthers tight end Greg Olsen continues to consistently perform as a low-end dynasty TE with eight catches for 83 yards and a touchdown.
- Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly turned in a solid performance with nine tackles and a sack. He’s clearly in the top-tier of linebackers for IDP dynasty.
Dynasty Recap – Week 1 – Falcons beat Saints in shootout, 37-34
- Matt Ryan had a big day back with 448 yards and three touchdowns against a decent Saints defense. More days like that and he’ll be back in the QB1 tier in dynasty leagues.
- Saints running back Mark Ingram had a good day with 13 carries for 60 yards and two touchdowns.
- Elite receiver Julio Jones had seven catches for 116 yards. He’s in the top-tier of dynasty receivers.
- On the other side of the field, rookie Brandin Cooks had seven catches for 77 yards and a touchdown. He could reach WR2 status before the end of the year.
- Falcons linebacker Paul Worrilow continues to rake with 15 tackles. He’s going to continue to flirt with LB1 status with double-digit tackle days like this.
Dynasty Recap – Week 1 – Vikings destroy Rams, 34-6
- Vikings receiver Cordarrelle Patterson had a big day with over 100 yards rushing and a touchdown to go along with three catches for 26 yards. He’ll be a boom or bust player each week. We’re not sold on his dynasty prospects as a reliable receiver just yet.
- Rams receiver Brian Quick had a big day with seven catches for 99 yards. Quick has had promise for quite some time but one game will not change years of data.
- On the IDP side, Vikings defensive lineman Everson Griffen had two sacks today which is a great start. He should be a low-end DL1 in dynasty leagues.
Dynasty Recap – Week 1 – Steelers escape Browns, 30-27
- As expected, the Steelers offense was on fire. Ben Roethlisberger threw for 365 yards and a touchdown with one interception. He should continue to put up those numbers and be a low-end QB1 in dynasty leagues.
- Le’Veon Bell had his best day as a pro with 109 yards rushing along with six catches for 88 yards. This should solidify his status as a low-end RB1 in dynasty leagues.
- Receiver Antonio Brown had a big day as well with 116 yards on five catches. He should continue to be firmly in the second-tier of dynasty receivers.
- On the Cleveland side, rookie running back Terrance West got 100 yards after Ben Tate left with an injury.
- Browns receiver Andrew Hawkins led the team with eight catches for 87 yards. He also led the team with 10 targets and should be a good volume play.
Dynasty Recap – Week 1 – Eagles double up Jaguars 34-17
- After a slow start, Eagles quarterback Nick Foles threw for 322 yards and two touchdowns. He should continue to be a QB1 option in dynasty leagues.
- Eagles running back LeSean McCoy had a good overall day with 74 yards on the ground with six catches for 41 yards.
- On the Jaguars side, Marqise Lee led the team in targets with 10 and had six catches for 62 yards.
- On the IDP side, linebacker Paul Posluszney led the team (again) with 12 tackles. He continues to be a LB1 in tackle-heavy leagues.
